Name: Gail McTaggart Position: Credit Planner & Residential Lending Manager

Gail began her career in the banking industry more than 30 years ago and has had extensive experience across most factors of banking.    Gail has been mortgage broking since 2004 and loves the fact that she could sell more than one product. Gail has clients all around Australia, but especially loves her trips to Gippsland and Tasmania.   Through her years of experience in the banking and finance sector Gail has seen a need for many Australians to learn how to manage their money, eliminate debt and create wealth. With this in mind the ACE Lending Group introduced their now highly successful Money Management Program, which Gail is spearheading.

 

Name: Sergio Paredes Position: Residential Lending Specialist

Sergio has been in finance for over 12 years.  He is exceptional with first home buyers and structuring investment lending. Sergio holds accreditation with over 23 lenders and understands the needs of borrowers. He delivers on what he promises.

 

  

Name:  Rachel Betteridge Position: Residential Lending Specialist

Rachel began her career in finance more than  8 years ago. She specialises in first home buyers and enjoys structuring loans for 2nd plus home buyers. When Rachel was asked what motivates her to continue in the lending industry, she replied “I love making the phone call to a client to advise them their loan has been approved. That makes dealing with the lenders worthwhile. To see a client, who thought there was no way of getting their own home, move into one, is incredibly satisfying. I have experienced this myself and know how it feels.”

James has been in the finance industry for the last 8 years. He has a strong experience in looking after customers and helping them to get the best deal he possibly can.  He is accredited with a wide range of lenders and able to help people structure their finance in the best possible way for them to achieve their financial goals and aspirations. James has helped hundreds of families from first home buyers to experienced investors in all levels of society.

 

Name: Barry LeBrocq Position: Residential Lending Specialist

Barry has over 30 years experience in residential mortgage lending, having held senior finance positions with A V Jennings, Bank of Melbourne and Westpac. He has been a registered mortgage broker since 2006.
